Fold Hill Pet is a family-owned British pet food business based in Lincolnshire.
Today we own and develop a portfolio of distinctive pet and wildlife brands while working in partnership with retailers and brand owners to develop and manufacture products for their customers.
Behind both sits decades of experience, specialist people and manufacturing expertise – together with the same willingness to adapt and create that started the business more than 45 years ago.

From Farm Diversification to Pet Food
The Grant family’s roots in Lincolnshire agriculture stretch back for generations.
In 1979, farmer Ted Grant OBE was looking for a way to diversify the family farming business. Faced with rising energy costs, he saw an opportunity to put crops grown on the farm to a different use.
A small oven was installed and dog food production began.
It was a practical solution to a commercial challenge – but it also laid the foundations for the business Fold Hill Pet has become.
Growing Through Generations
What started with one oven grew as the family’s knowledge, capabilities and ambitions developed.
Successive generations of the Grant family have continued to evolve the business, investing in manufacturing, people, product development and new opportunities.
The farm remains an important part of our heritage and identity, but Fold Hill Pet today reaches far beyond its agricultural beginnings.
